Most buffering comes from the home network, not the channel list. For FlexStream IPTV, aim for about 15 Mbps on HD and 30 Mbps on 4K, and put the TV on 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
- Pause big downloads during a game
- Restart the player before you restart the router
